Clubs

Please find below clubs that are set to be fully established for all Years 7-11 after the Christmas holiday with some new teachers at the helm. Parents of pupils in older years will recognise these as long-term fixtures on the clubs schedule. We are grateful to the colleagues who have given up their time to support these extra-curricular opportunities.

Debate Club

Following its popularity among pupils in Y8, 9 and 11, we are now offering Debate Club during Y7 and Y10 lunch every fortnight. You will learn how to learn how to research topics, construct persuasive arguments, think critically and communicate effectively while considering diverse perspectives. Topics discussed might range from the benefits of having a school uniform to how we ought to tackle crime in society.

LGBT+allies Club

Any Y7-11 pupils who want are welcome to attend. It is a warm and friendly space for any children who would like to spend time together in their playtime for supervised board games in small groups.
