Year 5 visit to the National Portrait Gallery

6 July 2018

Dear Parent/Carer

For an end of year educational day out, Year 5 will be visiting the National Portrait Gallery on Monday 16 July.

Our visit will involve taking a walk past 10 Downing Street, The Houses of Parliament and then through St James’ Park to Buckingham Palace. We will then have a picnic in the park before proceeding to the National Portrait Gallery for 1.30pm.

We shall be leaving the Academy at around 10:30am and will be back by 3.30pm. The children will require a packed lunch. We will be travelling to the museum by tube.

No monetary contribution is required as the museum is free and transport is provided by TFL.

Please complete the permission slip below and return to Donna in the primary office.

Yours faithfully
