Year 4 visit to the Natural History Museum

25 January 2017

Dear Parent/Carer

In conjunction with our Unit of Inquiry, ‘The discoveries of others have benefited society’, this term, Year 4 will be visiting the Natural History Museum on Friday 3 February.

Our visit will involve a workshop finding out about Mary Anning, an English paleontologist who discovered many important fossils, as well as visiting the other areas of the museum.

We shall be leaving the Academy at around 10:30am and will be back by 3.30 pm. The children will require a packed lunch. We will be travelling to the museum by Tube.

Although TFL supply the transport for free, a £3 contribution is required to cover the cost of the guided museum session.

Please complete the permission slip below and return to Donna in the primary office.

Yours faithfully

Adam Berridge
