Congratulations to Hollie Cox (Year 11) and Jay Ghazi-Timms (Year 8), who have been selected to represent Arsenal at the Fred Perry Urban Cup for Table Tennis.

The Fred Perry Urban Cup is a national competition and the biggest Premier League 4 Sport tournament in the yearly calendar. The pupils were selected after winning tournaments both at school and in Islington. Hollie and Jay will compete against 21 other clubs on the day and will also get a chance to meet Darius Knight (pictured below), one of England’s best table tennis players. The national finals will be held in December.

Congratulations to Alex Bell (Year 10) who is now a qualified table tennis official and has also been invited to officiate at the Fred Perry Urban Cup.
